How We Support You
BEFORE THE RIDE
Riding a long distance in one day and waking up the next to do it all over again may not be business as usual for you. That’s why we’re here to help you get ready for The Ride.
Get all the basics, from the difference between a road and a mountain bike to how to change a tire – and be ready to go.
Whether you’re a first-time fundraiser or a seasoned pro, we can help you reach and surpass your goals. From setting up your own fundraising webpage to personal advice, we’ll be there for you all the way.

ON THE ROAD
Your safety is our #1 priority. Every detail of the event is studied and executed with the greatest care; we don’t take any chances.
To make sure safety is top of mind for all of us, every Rider is required to view an informative, inspiring and thorough safety video presentation.

Medical attention is always available and never far from where you are on event day. Our incredible team of volunteer doctors and other medical professionals are ready to provide care at camp and along the route, if and when it’s needed
PIT STOPS ON THE ROUTE
It’s good to know you can count on pit stops along the road, every 25-30 kilometres. Fuel up on water, sports drinks, high-energy snacks and other helpful supplies to keep you going on your Ride. These key locations are also complete with toilets.
After a long day’s adventure, settle into your comfortable, Ride-provided tent. You’ll be sharing this tent with a fellow Rider you choose during the online check-in process, closer to the event. But before you do, enjoy a hot shower, a catered dinner, and an evening of entertainment. There’s also access to free massage services and medical attention if needed.
We’ll transport your luggage to camp, leaving you free to focus on your Ride. Just drop off your gear at specially-marked trucks on Saturday morning and pick it up back at camp that night. It’s that simple.
