AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE
We ride in the Enbridge® Ride to Conquer Cancer® benefiting the Alberta Cancer Foundation because cancer has affected us all.
And for the last 12 years, thousands of us have rallied for The Ride to show that together, we will conquer cancer. We’ve raised more than $80 million to improve cancer treatment, research and care right here in Alberta.
But cancer doesn’t stop for a pandemic, and every day 53 Albertans will still hear the words, “you have cancer.” We still need your support to enable the world-class researchers and health-care providers to continue their work.
Although we must remain socially distanced for the foreseeable future, united we are stronger. That’s why we’re encouraging everyone to tune-in on Saturday, August 29 for our virtual celebration and to participate in our first virtual Ride.
What is a Virtual Ride?
While our celebration will take place August 29, we invite you to Ride your way throughout the summer. Any time. Any distance. Any age. Anything goes! We encourage you to invite your friends and family from across the province to join in and Ride (or walk, or run, or swim or skip) their way.
There is no fee to register, no age limit, no fundraising minimums, and no minimum kilometres.
Our ask is simple: Do what you can. Ride your way. Fundraise your way.
How can you prepare?
Already registered? Great! Keep Riding. Keep fundraising. Keep sharing stories. And above all else, stay safe and healthy.
Invite your family, friends and co-workers to register as a virtual Rider for free today!
