20% OFF CYKL’s New Winter Base Training program for RTCC Riders.
CYKL is the first indoor cycling studio in downtown Toronto to make exclusive use of the revolutionary RealRyder™ bikes. They are the only stationary bikes in the world that allow riders to bank (lean) into turn. As a result the workouts are more dynamic, intense and incorporate more muscle groups during use than a traditional indoor cycling bike.
Join a CYKL Coach in January for a 12 week Winter Base training. It’s a 12 week program designed to strip back to the essence of fitness, your aerobic base; the foundation of your fitness. We train for longer periods of time in your aerobic energy zones, building aerobic endurance and muscular endurance.
“The Winter Base Training Program” can be found on the memberships page under MORE CYKL on our website. www.cykl.ca
Riders can receive a 20% discount by using promo-code RTCC2018. The winter program begins Saturday January 6, 2018.

Come spin your legs alongside Riders of all levels and abilities where you can challenge yourself and ride with new people without the fear of being left behind. This is the best way to be ready for riding outdoors. All you need is your bike and a trainer tire; we’ll help you with the rest.
